Photobook NYC competition – VOTE FOR ME PLEASE
This was taken from Hamilton Park, Wehawken which is overlooking Manhattan’s midtown district from the top of a cliff , which gives a great elevation and depth to the image. This particular day the USS New York had arrived in preparation for it’s commissioning ceremony. A special exception was granted by Congress to enable a ship of this class to be named after a state due to the terror attack on 9/11. There are 11.5 tons of steel from the World Trade Centers in the prow of the USS New York representing the fight against terrorism.
So, if you feel inclined, please just vote for the color Nightscape of Manhattan with the USS New York docked in preparation for it’s commissioning ceremony (you can see it in more detail on my website
www.richardkingphoto.com )
The important thing to realize is that you really only get one vote for each email address you use. You can vote more than once but it removes your vote for the image you previously voted for. I guess this is so you can change your mind. But if you have more than one email address – great you can use each one. You can also get your friends, husbands, wives, children, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, work colleagues, Uncle Tom Cobbley an’ all to vote.
Here is the direct link to the Nightscape.
I do feel bad asking again, but you did such a great job last week. If you do vote again this week, send me an email, I will put your name in a hat and at the end will draw one name to receive a mounted, matted, laminated and signed print of this landscape – or any other image on my website you care to choose. (square image 15″ x 15″ to panorama 30″ long – these are image sizes and the matted size will be larger) US & Canada only otherwise for the rest of the World it will be a signed laminated print in a tube.
If you forward this email, the print offer applies to all who vote and email me.
I really appreciate your support.
Many Thanks
